Position summary: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall management of the Foundation and its staff, donors, lay leaders. The CEO will build the Foundation's assets through community building work with congregations and agencies, lay leaders and strategic asset building work with fund holders and donors. Key areas of work: Donor/Client/Asset Development and Stewardship, Management and Administration, Governance, Networking to Raise the External Visibility of the Foundation and Lay Leadership/Community Relationships. This is a hybrid position with day to day work remote but the CEO must be available for meetings with donors and community groups in Central New Jersey.
